Poor attitude, overpriced items, however, convenient location, good selections. I would still prefer Wegmans or Hmart if they have what I need.
Nice sized Asian supermarket located off route 10 in East Hanover and definitely worth a visit. The market is in a strip mall next to a Home Depot, but it is not really visible from road and easy to miss. There are Filipino, Japanese, Korean and Thai food items but emphasis is mostly on Chinese foodstuffs. There are plenty of canned items, dried goods, bottled sauces, spices and other goodies needed for proper Chinese cooking. It has fresh fish, a meat counter but a somewhat limited selection of fruits and vegetables. There is a seperate section for prepared foods, baked items and pasteries. While not as cheap as Chinatown, the prices seem in line with other Asian markets in New Jersey and the grocery selection is quite good.
Interesting food items in grocery section. so enjoy checking out different ingredients lots of fresh fish. ..love the hot food better then same old same old Chinese take out and the stuffed fresh buns are warm. oh my goodness the bakery items. delish. Hungry?
My favorite Asian grocery store in New Jersey. Relatively clean and good selection of items. Definitely better than the Kam man in Edison.
